The various activities that are carried out in the Historical Center of Prizren must also take into account the importance of protected monuments. In this aspect, it is more than necessary and important to consult with the responsible authorities of cultural heritage.

EC Ma Ndryshe during conversations with these authorities has learned that some activities in this area were carried out without any request of obtaining consent or prior consultation with them. In the following days, EC will examine these cases in more detail through requests for access to public documents.

In the meantime, it wants to remind that in the case of the Historical Center of Prizren, in all activities, there should be increased care for the integrity of the cultural heritage assets.
