Yesterday, in the presence of institutional, civil society and EU participants, the presentation of implementation projects for the revitalization of Marin Barleti Street and Lumbardhi Cinema was held in the Historical Center of Prizren (QHP).

After a comprehensive process during the design of conceptual projects for the revitalization of Marin Barleti Street and Lumbardhi Cinema in Prizren, where all the responsible institutions at the central level were involved and with a wide involvement of the local community, these two projects as beneficiaries of IPA II funds , of the European Union, have continued with the drafting phase of implementation projects, by the Italian company ArssProgetti. Implementation projects are in the final stage and during the next year the beginning of the investment of their implementation is expected.

In 2019 EC Ma Ndryshe together with QRTK in Prizren have completed the drafting of the conceptual project for the revitalization of the "Marin Barleti" street. The main goal of the project was to create a positive example of urban regeneration that will affect the preservation of the historical character of the city and provide optimal conditions for the preservation of cultural heritage values and sustainable local development. This project was financed by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the Office of the European Union in Kosovo, the British Embassy in Prishtina and was supported by the Municipality of Prizren.
