SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES EIGHT-DAY INTENSIVE TRAINING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS FOR TOURISTS IN JANJEV
Twelve training participants out of which nine from the Albanian community, two from the Croatian community, and one from the Turkish community have now successfully completed the intensive eight-day Training for the Development of Skills for Tourist Guides in Janjevë/Janjevo program, accumulating a total of 58 hours of instructions covering both theoretical and practical aspects of this profession and have been awarded their well-deserved certificates.
Throughout the training program, they have improved their knowledge and skills in guiding visitors through the cultural and natural wonders of Janjevë/Janjevo. From showcasing historical monuments to sharing fascinating stories, these tour guides are now equipped with the basic knowledge to provide an unforgettable experience to tourists.

The training was part of our project “Mapping Rural Tourism in Janjevë/Janjevo” supported by the “The Cultural Heritage as a Driver for Economic Revival of Janjevë/Janjevo” project, funded by the European Union in Kosovo and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Kosovo, and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo.
