Based on the needs and concerns emerged from focus groups with people with special needs, within the “INCLUSIVE CITY– Participatory Planning for Sustainable Urban Development in Prizren” project and with the continuous initiative and impetus from EC Ma Ndryshe, on 3 June 2013, 2 ramps were paved in the city of Prizren.
