With "Electionville" students practice democracy and roles in local government

EC Ma Ndryshe in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Prishtina has brought the game "Electionville" to Kosovo for the first time. This game has served as an entertaining and educational tool for young people, who through it have also explored the basic concepts of democratic processes at the local government level.

"Electionville" in this case was the "ideal city" of students, representatives from high schools of Prizren and from the Youth Assembly. Through the game, these young people had the opportunity to become city managers and act as members of the Municipal Assembly, representing their imaginary parties.

In addition to EC staff, guests from the Municipality of Prizren, high schools, and students participating during the game, present were the Ambassador of Sweden in Kosovo, as well as Mr. Jonas Westerlund and the Mayor of Prizren Mr. Shaqir Totaj.

This activity was carried out by EC Ma Ndryshe in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Kosovo, and was financially supported by the Swedish Institute (SI).
