Mayor of Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka in the first months of his government has failed to fulfill the promises given during the pre-election campaign in terms of decreasing the number of municipal directorates, equitable gender representation in the Executive as well as implementing radical transparency in governance.

At the beginning of his governing term, Haskuka has held the same number of directorates as in the previous mandate of the Muja government, i.e. 13 in total. In this way, Haskuka, has adapted the composition of the local government to the needs of the ruling coalition, rather than its program, respectively commitments pledged during the pre-election campaign.
