The vacancy announcement for the selection of school directors and deputy directors published by the Human Resource Office of the Municipality of Prizren - contested by the Education Inspectorate and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology – underlines the lack of harmonized legislation and procedures at state level on recruiting primary and secondary school managers.
