EC Ma Ndryshe has continued the series of discussions on environmental issues "Green Talk", with the activity held in the Municipality of Dragash. The purpose of this discussion was to encourage and create the best practices in environmental education thinking. This education promotes the culture of collective responsibility, but also the awareness of how each one of us can contribute to environmental causes both from the perspective of the organization and from the individual and communal perspective.

The mayor of Dragash Municipality, Mr. Bexhet Xheladini, as well as students and teachers from "Fetah Sylejmani" primary school and "Ruzhdi Berisha" secondary school participated in this meeting.

In the beginning, EC has disclosed its commitments, environmental activities and projects which raise awareness and mitigate the ecological footprint. While the students in front of the mayor Mr. Xheladini presented the activities, which they carried out, such as: distributing brochures for recycling and awareness, cleaning actions, planting seedlings, promoting biotechnology as a necessary innovation for the municipality, as well as other activities organized by the ecological groups of the participating schools.

Further, with the mayor Mr. Xheladini, there was a discussion regarding the investments of the Municipality, which have the environment as a priority. He singled out water pollution from pesticides, then the initiative for the construction of several waste water plants, the planting of saplings in several locations, the project for integrated waste management, apart from solid ones. He called on young people to engage in environmental protection, and promised to participate in activities with students in the service of the environment.
