EC launches presentation sessions in Kosovo high schools
EC has started the presentation sessions in Kosovo high schools, within the project "AktRural (RuralAct) - youth activism in rural areas of Kosovo". These briefings were conducted during April in the secondary schools of the Prizren and Gjakovë regions, including the municipalities of Dragash, Mamushë, Suharekë, Rahovec and the municipality of Malishevë.
The presentations aim at informing students about project activities, project purpose, and modules, trainings and youth activism initiatives in rural areas of Kosovo.
During these lectures, the participating students were notified about the application procedure to be a participant during the follow-up activities of the project.
The project aims to contribute to mitigating levels of social exclusion of young people in rural areas by increasing their engagement opportunities in activism initiatives, volunteering and off-curricular activities.
This grant was funded by the project 'Luxembourg Support for Civil Society in Kosovo', funded by the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and managed by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF).
