EC Ma Ndryshe has conducted an analysis titled "Construction Sector in Kosovo". This analysis gives an overview of the overall spatial planning situation in Kosovo Municipalities and presents the European standards of planning and construction. The topics discussed in this analysis are the legal framework and spatial planning documents as well as the issue of illegal constructions in Kosovo, focusing specifically on the case of Prizren. This document also analyzes the decision of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo to treat unlicensed constructions coming to an end with a list of recommendations. Find out more here.
