EC Ma Ndryshe, within the “Online Transparency of As a result of EC Ma Ndryshe’s advocacy on the urban degradation of Prevalla, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has decided to cease all construction activities in the area of Prevalla to unspecified period. The minister of MESP, Dardan Gashi, took this decision after environmental degradation, namely exceeding construction conditions and criteria and after neglecting the guideline the MESP had sent to the Municipality of Prizren in the manner of implementation of the urban planning in this zone.
