The municipality of Prizren has continued to show poor performance in handling the demands of citizens. Statistics have shown that, of the requests that EC Ma Ndryshe sent to the municipality from January to June 2014, a large percentage of requests have been ignored. Out of a total of 67 requests sent by the organization, nearly half of them have been left unanswered (46%). Even in cases when the municipality has responded, over 50% of their answers were deemed incomplete and/or had been given past the deadline. Over this six month period, the total number of days of delay for applications that have yet to be unanswered is 1,865 days (and still counting).
