Civil Society and Local Democracy “Dry throat and deaf ear”
On March 5th, EC Ma Ndryshe organized the conference "Civil Society and Local Democracy: Dry Throat and Deaf Ear." The conference was another installment of the project "Online Transparency of Prizren, Prishtina and Mamusha Municipalities." The conference consisted of two panels: "The Role of NGOs in Monitoring Local Democracy in Kosovo" and "Willingness of Municipalities to Reflect on Recommendations of NGOs." Conference panelists were civil society activists from many municipalities and government officials from the central and local level.
