The practice of not respecting the consent of the cultural heritage authorities during construction activities at the Historic Center of Prizren is not stopping. The last case of this nature, according to the authorities has occurred near the Red Cross building.                                                                        
According to the data from the Municipal Directorate of Urbanism, the Regional Center for Cultural Heritage and the Cultural Heritage Council for the Historic Center of Prizren, which state that the case in question has a maximum construction permit for two floors, which according to local cultural heritage authorities is not respected and is exceeded.
