EC Ma Ndryshe and OPDMK on Thursday organized the conference "A city without barriers", where they discussed the many barriers faced by the people with disabilities in their daily lives in Prizren, but also in the municipalities of the region.

Within the discussion, it was noted that Persons with Disabilities in Kosovo in general, and in Prizren particularly, face multidimensional discrimination on a daily basis because of the challenges to access public buildings and transportation, health, education, employment, etc. For this community, all these represent an obstacle to enjoy their constitutionally and legally guaranteed rights and to have equal opportunities.
