Today, a meeting with the youth community was held in order to collect data on drafting the City Charter "Right to the City of Prizren". City Charter "Right to the City of Prizren" is an important document already internationally applied to the right of underrepresented community groups in relation to the city. The City Charter provides for finding the right mechanisms to ensure that the principles of the law on the city included in this document become a local government priorities and budget policy. The meetings with the underrepresented community groups will continue in the coming weeks in parallel with the dialogue with the governing structures in order to adopt the City Charter.

The Initiative for the City Charter "Right to the City of Prizren" is implemented in the framework of the project "Reclaiming the City". The project is an effort to support underrepresented community groups (children, the elderly, people with special needs, women and girls, cyclists, informal settlers) to fully enjoy the right to the city through a variety of mobilization activities and platforms of the community.
