“Prizren, the city of culture” (Documentary)May, 2013This documentary film was realised within the "Increase of citizen participation in drafting and implementation of cultural policies at local level” project. This documentary reflects cultural potential the town of Prizren has thus promoting culture as one of the main pillars of local development through cultural policies and planning.
Cultural policies and the CityMay, 2013This study covers the research report conducted with 500 respondents of Prizren, the results of 23 structured interviews with organizations involved in cultural activities in Prizren and the summary of four various discussions held with relevant stakeholders in the field of culture and cultural heritage. This paper also intends in providing basic guidelines for development of cultural policies in the city, based on the data and the outcomes of this research.

Natural and urban degradationMay, 2013This paper covers four months of work on monitoring the local executive (December 2012, and January, February and March 2013) within the “Online Transparency of Prizren Municipality” project. Although this analysis includes developments in different departments of Prizren’s municipal government, a particular focus in this analysis was given to the current state of urban current affairs in Prevallë/Prevala, providing a retrospective overview of uncontrolled constructions in the city and within the Historic Centre.

Erroneous – An analysis of numerous and continuous faults in cultural heritage March, 2013This brief analysis addresses the institutional [in]actions over the last decade in the field of cultural heritage in Kosova. All the problems of cultural heritage in this paper are analyzed through a number of key moments and events such as the turbo-chaotic urbanization, politicization of cultural heritage, political status and UNESCO, March 2004, special protective zones, influence of international missions, national plan and policies on cultural heritage, lack of state inventory, delayed emergency interventions and the destruction of Historic Centre of Prizren. The analysis is prepared from EC Ma Ndryshe for Forum 2015.
